Summoning the Dragon

What are the Earth Dragon Ball requirements and restrictions? 

1. Must gather all seven Dragonballs.

2. Must verbally summon the dragon.

3. Only one wish per summoning.

4. After Shenlong has granted the wish he will disappear. The Dragon Balls will scatter around the Earth and they will be like stone for one Earth year. 

5. Shenlong is bound to the limits of the creator of the Dragon Balls. 

6. Shenlong can only bring someone back to life once, and they can not have died of natural causes. Also, Shenlong can bring back numerous people at once if the wish is made correctly (example: EVERYONE that Freiza killed) 

What are the Namekian Dragon Ball requirements and restrictions?

1. Must gather all seven Dragon Balls.

2. Must summon dragon in Namekian language.

3. Wishes must be asked in Namekian.

4. After the wish is granted Porunga will disappear and the Dragon Balls will scatter all around for 130 days (which is one year on Namek)

5. Porunga is restricted to the powers of the creator of the Dragon Balls. 

6. You may revive someone numerous times BUT you can only revive one person at a time (until later  - nearly the end - in the series when the rules were altered on the issue of how many you could wish back).
